| 1/21-26/16 We headed out on a camping trip to West Florida via Gainesville, FL. 1/21-26/2016 Gainesville, FL: It was a grand treat to see Sora and Virginia Rail individuals wandering the marshlands! Also, a Turkey Vulture and White Ibis in flight. |
| 1/21-26/2016 Gainesville, FL: We don't often get to see numerous Limpkin individuals toting snails about or view Black-bellied Whistling Duck flocks calling over the marshes. It was quite special! Also shown: Swamp Sparrow , Wood Stork hunting for food in the reeds, Yellow-rumped Warbler , Tricolored Heron , and Double-crested Cormorant . |
