Shown here: The Wood Stork chicks are getting big and the Snowy Egret eggs have hatched! The Roseate Spoonbill parents now have teens to feed and that gets pretty wild as is the case with the Great Egret family. |

| 5/7/2014 Huguenot Memorial Park, FL: An amazing place to find Royal Tern and Laughing Gull interactions. Also caught a Herring Gull , a Sanderling , and a nesting American Oystercatcher . |

| 5/10/2014 Huguenot Memorial Park, FL and a quick stop at 14th St, Fernandina Beach: Wilson's Plover , Whimbrel (both with crabs), Least Tern pair playing ritual, scenes from the Laughing Gull colony , Black Skimmer , Black-necked Stilt , Black-bellied Plover (crabs had it rough), American Oystercatcher nesting pair, and finally some forest birds: a Painted Bunting and an American Redstart. |
