| 11/16 to 23/2017 : Our Trinidad and Tobago trip, going back in time. 11/23/2017: Trinidad: Back on Trinidad, we spent our last day at Caroni Swamp with our wonderful guide Lester Nanan, grandson and son of the preserve's founders and an avid protector of the Scarlet Ibis. We got to see them fly off in the morning and return in the evening. What an amazing sight!!! Thanks so much, Lester! Also, White-winged Swallow, Short-tailed Hawk, and Black-crested Antshrike. |
