11/16-23/2017 :  Trinidad and Tobago.
11/18/17  Back at Asa Wright Nature Center, we were first treated to the Oilbird cave - Simply awesome! It
is the probably the most accessible spot in the world to see this amazing bird.  Then we birded the park
on our own:  Long-billed Starthroat ,  Guianan Trogon (m), Green Hermit , Green-backed Trogon (m).
Golden-headed Manakin (came down to play!), Forest Elaenia , Crested Oropendula , more
Copper-rumped Hummingbird , Collared Trogon (f), Blue Dacnis , and more White-chested Emerald .
11/18/17  Still at Asa Wright Nature Center:  Blue-chinned Sapphire , Barred Antshrike , Bananaquit ,
White-necked Jacobin , White-bearded Manakin , Violaceous Euphonia , Scaled Pigeon , and more
Purple Honeycreeper (A common mountain bird but still stunning!).
