Week starting 7/1/10 We took off for our 33rd Anniversary to AZ to hike about the canyons and to see what
new birds we could find. AZ was beautiful!!!  Hummers were EVERYWHERE and are shown on page 48 and
47 as well (click NEXT PAGE at bottom). Shown here: A male Broad-billed Hummingbird is shown at a Yuca
plant, a Black-chinned Hummingbird flight study , an Abert's Towhee (light throat) and  Canyon Towhee , a
Brown-chested Flycatcher with a moth, a Black Phoebe , and a good old Blue Grosbeak to offer some
familiarity.
