| 10/9/2016 We returned to our home and we felt so blessed to have it in one piece after Hurricane Matty. Thanks for all the prayers that came our way. We, in turn, are praying for all those with losses and may you find strength in Him to see it through. |

| 9/28/2016 Huguenot Memorial Park, FL: What a beautiful morning with incredible light! Wood Stork , Willet , Western Sandpiper (showing signs of molt, then side-by-side with Semipalmated Sandpiper), Short-billed Dowitcher , Semipalmated Sandpiper (bath), Semilpalmated Plover (also bathing), Royal Tern with a fish , Sandwich Tern (with Juv. begging) , and a brilliant Roseate Spoonbill group preening in the blush of sunrise. | 10/13 thru 11/7/2016 We traveled from Brisbane to Cairns to Melbourne to Tasmania, Australia. WOW - what a beautiful country and what wonderful people! The birds weren't too shabby either. You can see the trip at our Asia/Australian link but it will take weeks to go through all out images! AUSTRALIA |

| 12/4/2016 Amelia Island, Fl: While we are still going through pics from our Oct/Nov trip to AUSTRALIA , we had to get outside in the beautiful weather. A Black Skimmer flock was the subject of choice! The foam was so interesting. Also: Hooded Merganser (m), Willet, and one of many Yellow-rumped Warblers here. |
