| 6/1 and 6/2/2016 Little Talbot and Amelia Island, FL: Watching a Black Skimmer group skimming was great fun. Unfortunately the lighting wasn't ideal but it was still gorgeous to see. | 6/6/2016 St. Augustine, FL: Even a brief stop seems to always offer some fun shots when there are chicks around. First, Wood Stork and Tricolored Heron (adult and juv.). Then, a Snowy Egret study showing what the parents have to put up with when it is feeding time! (And it is always feeding time....) Finally, a Roseate Spoonbill adult and a Little Blue Heron nest. |
